Mayflower Visits connects families that live far away coordinate virtual visits with their loved ones in nursing homes. We send in one of our team members visit your loved one, bring them a hot drink and snack and then get them set up for the Zoom call.
We currently serve Buffalo and Western New York.
When you schedule a virtual visit with Mayflower Visits, our team will handle all the details. On the day of the visit, one of our team members will go to the nursing home to meet your loved one in person. They will bring a hot drink and a snack, making sure your loved one feels comfortable and cared for. After the in-person visit, our team member will assist your loved one in setting up for the Zoom call, ensuring that the camera, audio, and connection are all ready for a smooth experience. Once everything is set, you’ll receive a Zoom link to join the call. You can then enjoy a meaningful virtual visit with your loved one, no matter the distance. Afterward, the team member will help wrap up the call and ensure your loved one is settled.
Our visits are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
