Our Process
Pre-plan
We contact the facility and arrange for your loved one to be ready for a visit at the scheduled time.
Visit
We visit your loved one, and get them set up with a Zoom call using one of our devices.
Linger
We don’t rush out. After the Zoom call, we stay and make sure your loved one is all set before we head out.
