Convenient Planning
All visits are meticulously planned and pre-arranged, ensuring a seamless experience. Credit cards are charged on the day of the visit, and you’ll receive a Zoom link, along with a friendly reminder call or message on the day of the visit.
Flexible Options
Mayflower Visits accommodates virtual visits using Zoom. Our visitation packages, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm, can be tailored to fit your family’s needs.
Veteran Support
We honor and support our U.S. veterans by offering a 25% discount to those serving on active duty during their visits to parents. It’s a small token of appreciation for their sacrifices.
Discount Incentives
Besides our military discount you can also save on visits with our 10% discount for orders exceeding 2 visits per month, making it even more affordable to stay connected with your loved ones.
Pricing
Transparent Pricing
Our cost per visit is $150, with a nominal additional charge of $2 per mile for locations beyond a 30-mile radius in the Buffalo, NY area.
Exclusive Packages
Enjoy our bundled packages, complete with a 1-hour visit, a favorite Tim Hortons non-alcoholic beverage, and a muffin – a delightful addition valued at $8.
Refund Policy
We stand by our commitment, offering refunds only in the rare instance of our inability to fulfill our obligation. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations after the reminder is sent and the visitor is on-site.
